When we were starting the process of looking for an investment property in SA, a trusted friend recommended Brian to us. Putting our trust in him is something that we have never for a second regretted, and there is no doubt that without him we would have given up.

Brian took the time to get to know what sort of property we were looking for. We were able to attend a few open houses with him and were impressed by the small details that he knew to look for and ask about.

Brian kept in touch with us constantly, providing lists of properties that he would visit on our behalf and giving his feedback on them - utilising his knowledge of the market, and also as a broker. Brian took note of the small details in a property that he observed as being important to us, such as ceiling fans and extra storage. His in-depth videos of properties he visited always touched on these things and that level of detail made us as clients feel heard and supported.

At every step of the process and beyond, Brian has gone above and beyond to look after us. Right up to settlement and beyond, he has done more than expected by recommending and organising local trusted businesses as conveyancers, tradespeople and property managers. We are so happy with the property we purchased, it ticks all the boxes and more.

Less than 4 weeks after initially meeting Brian, we were signing the contract on our purchase - a turnaround time that we could only dream about. He organised all the extras, such as a building and pest report, and negotiated a significant discount on our initial offer after receiving the report. We can comfortably say that there is no way we would have been able to do this all without Brian - and nor would we have wanted to!

To the aspiring Home Owner/Investor

In 2022, I enlisted the services of Brian Sayers from Complete Property Strategies. After searching for a house for the last 2 years during the Covid-19 pandemic, my partner and I had almost given up.

Brian’s professional attitude, positive/confident mind set, relentless work ethic and incredible patients to facilitate both my partner’s and my extensive demands, made acquiring our dream home possible. Brian’s team which he networks with saves us hundreds of thousands dollars and more importantly, a lot of time.

I previously had purchased 2 homes before and was already familiar with the process but after going through 3 mortgage brokers and struggling to get the finance we needed to accommodate a market which had exploded, I was just about ready to give up.

I was exploring the possibility of building with a number of different builders when Brian contacted me.

After taking the time to come to my house for an appointment, Brian explained to us how he would be able to help. He passed our information on to his mortgage broker Ben Murphy, who had us pre-approved for a loan within 2 weeks (over 120k above what the previous 3 brokers were able to achieve and in a fraction of the time). Ben was a pleasure to work with and always acted on all information we provided immediately.

During the time that we were searching for houses, we were able to contact Brian every day of the week, outside of business hours and missed calls were always promptly returned. For every house that we wanted to place an offer/bid for, Brian organised an extremely thorough building inspection conducted by Luke Carey from House Inspect Australia, which saved tens of thousands for one of the houses we would have placed an offer in and gave us good insight for another house which we successfully bid on.

Brian made the successful bid for us for our dream home, securing the house for $210,000 under the vendor’s reserve price.

I still can’t believe how much time and money we saved because of Brian. I only wish that we found him sooner. I will definitely be utilising his services for my next property and I recommend him to anyone looking and purchasing a property.

To the aspiring Homeowner/Investor,

On the 17th April2023, I enlisted the services of Brian Sayers from Complete Property Strategies. After searching for a house for a couple of years, and missing out all the time on properties, I was feeling like I would not secure a property and was losing faith. Brian was introduced to me by a friend, and I thought I would meet Brian and see what he could help me with, as he was a buyer’s Agent, and I was not really familiar with what a Buyer’s agent did. Brian’s professional attitude, positive/confident mind set, relentless work ethic and incredible patience to facilitate all my requirements, made purchasing my first home possible.

We started out with properties that were on the market close to the CBD as these were area, I was comfortable living in, as I required something not too far away from the CBD. Brian was able to offer myself some properties to look at, and we even put in a couple of offers to purchase them but keeping within my budget and not stretching more than I could afford. Brian was always on top of the prices and was always advising myself on what a good offer would be, again sticking to no more than my budget. Brian took care of everything, including the Conveyancer and the Building reports.

During this time since inception of our agreement, we missed out on a couple of properties due to sticking to what Brian was saying the property was worth, from his Research. We then sat down over a meal and we discussed making an offer to my current Landlord who was thinking of selling anyway. Brian then handled everything from contacting my landlord to negotiating a purchase price which the vendor accepted. He them arranged a contract and Form one to be completed and signed, and I am happy to say, I have now purchased the property I was renting in the CBD which I am very happy about. Brian was also able to secure a purchase price well under my budget, which I was thrilled about and could not be any happier.

The whole process has taken approx. 7 weeks from when I signed up, to when I signed the contract to purchase my first property.
